Head Coach Cori Close led the team to a 37-1 season with an undefeated Big Ten record and both the Big Ten regular season and tournament titles. Six seniors scored every point in the title game and Lauren Betts posted 14 points and 11 rebounds and was named the NCAA Tournament's Most Outstanding Player. The resolution congratulates the players, coaches, staff, and requests that the Senate Secretary transmit an enrolled copy to UCLA Chancellor Julio Frenk, Head Coach Cori Close, and Athletic Director Martin Jarmond.
