Conveys about 24 acres of Dixie National Forest land to Brian Head Town, Utah. This bill would transfer all right, title, and interest in the identified National Forest System parcel and any improvements to the town without monetary payment, allow the Secretary of Agriculture to set terms and conditions on the conveyance, and require the Dixie National Forest boundary to be modified to reflect the transfer.

The transfer would occur as soon as practicable after enactment and is subject to terms the Secretary sets.
