This link activates a temporary Sandbox testing mode inside the Policy Risk app, so App Review can exercise the optional “Scan my accounts” feature (which connects accounts through Plaid) using Plaid’s test bank. Plaid Production has no test bank, so a real account can’t be linked during review.

That’s expected — this is an iOS Universal Link. It only opens the app when tapped or scanned on an iPhone that has Policy Risk installed. Open it on the device (scan the QR with the Camera app) and it launches the app instead of this page.
1. Install Policy Risk on an iPhone
Use the TestFlight build. Plaid is optional — the rest of the app reviews fine with just Sign in with Apple.
2. Scan the QR code on the device
In App Store Connect → App Review Information, scan the attached QR with the iPhone Camera app (or tap the review link on the device). Policy Risk opens with a “Sandbox mode” banner.
3. Continue with Plaid
Open the Actions tab → tap “Scan my accounts” → “Continue with Plaid”. In Plaid, choose a username/password bank (e.g. First Platypus Bank) and sign in with user_good / pass_good (use 1234 if a code is requested).
