Sections 11-26-1 and 11-26-3 are supplemental and shall insofar as possible be construed in pari materia with Sections 25-5-1 through 25-5-231, as amended;
however, all laws or parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this chapter are hereby expressly repealed.
