THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-238, EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2026. Except for officials affected by subdivision (3) of Section 11-2A-2, no local official receiving compensation in excess of the minimums prescribed by general law on September 30, 2000, plus the increases provided in Section 11-2A-2 shall be eligible to receive the increases authorized by Section 11-2A-2.
