Judge of Probate - Income Cap Inapplicable. (Repealed by Act 2026-

THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-238, EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2026.

Any judge of probate on the fee system shall not be subject to any cap on income after October 1, 2000.
