Consolidated Municipality.
The council of the consolidated municipality shall before the next general municipal election divide the consolidated municipality into a suitable and convenient number of wards, and at the next municipal election thereafter there shall be elected in the
consolidated municipality the officers provided by general law for the government of towns and cities.
