(a) A person commits the crime of bribe receiving by a juror if he solicits, accepts or agrees to accept any pecuniary benefit upon an agreement or understanding that his vote, opinion, decision or other action as a juror will thereby be corruptly influenced. (b) Bribe receiving by a juror is a Class C felony.
