Distribution, Etc.
(a) It shall be unlawful for a person to sell, furnish, give away, deliver, or distribute a destructive device, or a bacteriological or biological weapon to a person who is less than 21 years of age. (b) A person convicted of a violation of subsection (a) shall be guilty of a Class A felony. If the defendant is a corporation or other entity, the corporation or other entity shall be fined not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) nor more than two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000). A corporation or other entity may also be sentenced to perform not less than 10,000 nor more than 25,000 hours of community service.
