Recommendations.

During the last year of each gubernatorial term, the commission shall conduct a survey of members of the education community, the Legislature, the Executive Branch of the state, and business and industry to evaluate the effectiveness of the work of the commission. A report detailing the results of the survey and any

recommended changes shall be submitted to the Governor, the Legislature, the presidents and governing boards of the public institutions of higher education of this state, and the public.
