Use of Word “Cooperative” in Title

Ala. Code § 2-10-1

No person, firm, corporation or association organized or doing business in this state as a cooperative association to market agricultural products shall be entitled to use

the word “cooperative” as a part of its corporate or other business name or title unless it has complied with the provisions of this chapter.
