Promulgation of Rules and Regulations as to Manufacture, Sale, Etc., of

Veterinary or Biological Products and Serums and Disposal of Dead Carcasses, Etc.

The State Board of Agriculture and Industries may make rules and regulations governing the manufacture, sale, distribution, handling and keeping and use of all

veterinary or biological products and serums and also the disposal of dead carcasses, infectious and toxic meats and feeds.
