(a) An insurer may invest in obligations issued, assumed, or guaranteed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. (b) An insurer may invest in the obligations of the Federal National Mortgage Association. (c) An insurer may invest in obligations issued, assumed, or guaranteed by the African Development Bank.
