An independent adjuster shall maintain a copy of each contract between the independent adjuster and the insurer and comply with the record retention policy as agreed to in that contract. Records retained by an independent adjuster shall be
made available for review or inspection if requested by the commissioner or authorized representatives of the commissioner.
