(a) A retailer may not sell any consumable hemp product for consumption on the licensed premises or conduct any tastings for customers. (b) Consumable hemp products may not be sold using a vending machine or other self-service display and payment system. (c) An individual under 21 years of age may be employed by a retailer licensee to the same extent and under the same conditions as set forth for employees of alcoholic beverage establishments in Section 28-1-5(c).
