Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 28-2-1 and 28-3-18, this chapter shall be applicable in all “dry counties” as the same are defined in Section 28-2-1 and shall
apply to the manufacture or possession of illicit distilled liquors or apparatus for the manufacture of the same, as specified in Section 28-3-18, in this state.
