Mileage. [Effective until June 1, 2026.]
THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-18, EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2026.
Such witnesses shall be paid the sum of $1.50 a day during their attendance upon such commission at such hearing, and $.05 a mile for each mile traveled in going
from their place of residence to the place of hearing and $.05 a mile for returning. Such witness fees shall be paid out of the funds of said commission.
