Certain Traffic Infractions.
Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, in all criminal and quasi-criminal proceedings against a defendant for a boating violation, when a defendant is adjudged guilty or pleads guilty or is adjudicated a juvenile delinquent or youthful offender, when a bond is forfeited and the result of the forfeiture is a final disposition of the case, or when any penalty is imposed, any court costs, docket fees, and other fees and taxes assessed for traffic infractions under Chapter 19 of
Title 12 and Section 15-23-17 shall be imposed in like manner against the defendant.
