The Governor may remove any member of the board for misconduct, incompetency, neglect of duty or for any other sufficient cause. Vacancies in the membership of the board by death, resignation, or for any reason shall be filled for
the unexpired term by appointment by the Governor as provided in Section 34-11- 30.
