Physicians Engaged in Collaborative Practice with Advanced Practice Nurses.
The State Board of Medical Examiners shall establish the qualifications for physicians who are engaged in collaborative practice with certified registered nurse
practitioners and certified nurse midwives. The board may adopt rules and regulations to accomplish the purposes of this section.
