The board is empowered to establish, publish, and collect reasonable fees and costs in amounts determined by the board for the following purposes: (1) Application for examination;
(2) Limited permit fee; (3) Initial license fee; (4) Renewal of license fee; (5) Late renewal fee; and (6) The costs of conducting a hearing of any person whose license or certificate of qualification is suspended, revoked, or refused as a result of such hearing.
