(a) A violation of an elder abuse protection order is a Class A misdemeanor, which shall be punishable as provided in law. (b) A second conviction for a violation of an elder abuse protection order, in addition to any other penalty or fine, shall be punishable by a minimum of 30 days imprisonment, which may not be suspended. A third or subsequent conviction, in
addition to any other penalties or fines, shall be punishable by a minimum sentence of 120 days imprisonment, which may not be suspended.
