(a) Following the close of each state fiscal year, the authority shall submit an annual report on the activities of the energy bank and use of the strategic development fund for the preceding year to the Governor and to the Legislature. The authority also shall submit an annual report to the appropriate federal agency in accordance with requirements of any federal program. (b) The authority shall be subject only to audits as required by state law and applicable federal regulations.
