REPEALED IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2021-296 EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2022. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. The purchase of insurance shall be pursuant to a competitive qualification based process developed by the Department of Finance. The Alabama State Port Authority shall be exempt from this section.
