REPEALED IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2021-296 EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2022. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. All contracts which are subject to the requirements of Section 29-2-41, shall remain subject to that section and shall first be reviewed by the Contract Review Permanent Legislative Oversight Committee.
