REPEALED BY ACT 2023-546, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2028 UNLESS EXTENDED BY AN ACT OF THE LEGISLATURE. The department shall report annually to the Legislature and the Governor, and provide a thorough evaluation of the implementation of the zone law, including: numbers of business activity; actual new income for the state after taxes and benefits pursuant to this article; number of new employees; cost to state for each new employee; and state and local taxes generated.
