Corrections.
The Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency, in coordination with the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections, shall have the authority to promulgate rules to establish a program by January 1, 2018, to issue a nondriver
identification card to a resident upon his or her release from the Department of Corrections.
