His or Her Place on Multi-Member Bodies.
(a) If any act of the Legislature provides that the Director of Finance is designated as a member of a multi-member body, the director may designate any individual to serve in his or her place.
(b) The director’s designee under subsection (a) shall serve at the pleasure of the director. (c) This section applies to multi-member bodies in existence on August 1, 2021, and any subsequently created.
