When used in this division, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) Commission. The Construction Management Division of the Department of Finance. (2) Director. The Director of the Technical Staff of the Construction Management Division of the Department of Finance. (3) Code. The state building code to be adopted by the Construction Management Division of the Department of Finance.
