Chair; Meetings.
The Governor, in carrying out his or her responsibilities under this article, may establish advisory committees or councils and appoint the members thereto, which members shall serve at his or her pleasure. Members shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for the necessary and actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. The Governor shall designate the chair and such other officers as he or she may deem necessary for each advisory committee or council. Advisory committees or councils, established pursuant to this
section, shall meet at the call of their chair, or of the Director of the Office of State Planning and Federal Programs.
