Agencies.
Any governmental agency that is not included within the description of those departments and agencies required to submit the uniform crime report which desires to submit such a report shall be furnished with the proper forms by ALEA. When a report is received by ALEA from a governmental agency not required to
make a report, the information contained in the report shall be included within the periodic compilation provided for in this article.
