“Pen-Raised Quail” Defined

A pen-raised quail is a quail which has been hatched from an egg laid by a quail confined in a pen or coop and has itself been wholly raised in a pen or coop by a

duly licensed quail breeder holding a permit as provided by this article from the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
