AMENDED BY ACT 2026-402, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. SEE ACT FOR REVISED LANGUAGE. Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $250.00 nor more than
$500.00 and, at the discretion of the court, may be sentenced to the county jail for a period not exceeding six months.
