Storage of Carbon Dioxide.
The Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources, on behalf of this state, is authorized to lease pore space for any lands under the jurisdiction of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for underground storage of carbon dioxide on, in, and under the lands.
