Acknowledgement of Filing with Delayed Effectiveness

An acknowledgment of filing issued or other action taken by the filing officer affirming the filing of a filing instrument that has a specific delayed effective date must state the date and time at which the instrument takes effect. (Act 2009-513, p. 967, §29; Act 2019-94, §2.)
