Transferability of Membership Interests

Except as otherwise provided in the decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association’s governing principles, a member’s interest or any right granted pursuant to the governing principles is freely transferable to another person through conveyance of the membership interest. (Act 2026-325, §2.)
