Authorized

The county commission of each county of the state is hereby authorized to acquire by purchase, condemnation, donation, or otherwise land situated within the county for the purpose of establishing and maintaining thereon a public park or recreational area. (Acts 1970, Ex. Sess., No. 12, p. 2613, §1.)
