Continuation of Ordinances and Resolutions Unless and until Changed or Repealed

All ordinances and resolutions of the municipality in effect at the time of the adoption of the council-manager form of government under this article shall continue in effect unless and until changed or repealed by the council. (Acts 1991, No. 91-545, p. 973, §37.)
