Continuation of Ordinances and Resolutions Unless and until Changed or Repealed

All ordinances and resolutions of the municipality in effect at the time of adoption by the municipality of the council-manager form of government herein set up shall continue in effect unless and until changed or repealed by the council. (Acts 1982, No. 82-517, p. 851, §43.)
