Sale of Water and Power to Other Municipalities

Any city or town in this state owning or operating a municipal water or light plant or both may contract with and sell to other municipalities and to residents thereof water and power. (Acts 1933, Ex. Sess., No. 105, p. 99; Code 1940, T. 37, §362.)
