Rights and Powers of Public Water Corporations and State Board of Health as to Sanitary Sewers Not Impaired by Article

Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to deprive any such public water corporation of its right to fix the charges for sanitary sewer service rendered by any sanitary sewer system owned by it, or its title thereto or its control thereover and powers with respect thereto. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to impair any power of the State Board of Health granted by law with respect to any such sanitary sewer system. (Acts 1953, No. 663, p. 920, §3.)
