Existence of Authority to Prevent Incorporation of Another by City

The existence of the authority incorporated under the provisions of this chapter shall prevent the subsequent incorporation hereunder of another authority pursuant to authority granted by this chapter. (Acts 1985, No. 85-683, p. 1080, §21.)
