Appeal of Denial to Circuit Court

Any person having a request for a certificate of appropriateness denied by the historic preservation commission, or architectural board as hereinafter provided, may appeal such denial to the circuit court of the county in which the commission exists. (Acts 1989, No. 89-536, p. 1116, §10.)
