Appeal from Assessments to Circuit Court - Transcript Deemed Prima Facie Evidence of Correctness of Assessment, Etc

Upon the hearing of such appeal, the introduction of such transcript and papers shall be prima facie evidence of the correctness of such assessment and that the said property and persons are justly indebted to the authority for the amount of the said assessment. (Acts 1973, No. 826, p. 1293, §32.)
