Investment in Warrants by Trustees, Executors, Etc

A trustee, executor, administrator, guardian, or other fiduciary may invest trust funds in warrants issued under the provisions of this chapter unless otherwise directed by a court having jurisdiction or by the document that is the source of authority. (Acts 1977, No. 694, p. 1223, §9.)
