Exemptions from Competitive Bidding

An authority and all contracts made by it shall be exempt from the provisions and requirements of Sections 41-16-50 to 41-16-63, inclusive, as amended or replaced, requiring competitive bids in connection with certain contracts. (Act 2009-337, p. 577, §24; Act 2014-342, p. 1279, §1.)
