Incorporation of Another Corporation by Same Determining Subdivision

The formation or dissolution of one or more corporations incorporated under the provisions of this chapter shall not prevent the subsequent incorporation hereunder of other corporations pursuant to authorization by the same determining subdivision. (Acts 1984, No. 84-314, p. 695, §24.)
