Resolutions Not Permanent

All resolutions to be adopted by an appointing government under this chapter shall be deemed not to be permanent or of a continuing nature and shall not require two readings and shall not require publication. All resolutions shall be immediately effective upon adoption. (Act 99-446, p. 1013, §1.)
