Docket Fees to Be Uniform for Criminal Cases; Exception for Conservation Cases

Docket fees for criminal cases shall be uniform by court level and type of case; except, that in all conservation cases the docket fee shall be increased to include an arrest and bond fee of $7.00. (Acts 1975, No. 1205, p. 2384, §16-121.)
