Judgments

A judgment is admissible between any parties to show the fact of the entry or rendition thereof; between parties and privies thereto it is conclusive as to the matter directly in issue until reversed or set aside. (Code 1907, §4002; Code 1923, §7700; Code 1940, T. 7, §412.)
